Fabrication Operators – Levels I – II – III

Exciting opportunities to join the production team with this dynamic and fast-growing business awaits the right candidates. This is a busy, high-volume, friendly environment that will suit individuals with a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit.

Fabrication positions can include:
Hardware, Sandblasting, Slotter, Endmill, Handrilling, Drill/Punch Press, Benders, CNC, Saws, Material Handler, Shipping/Receiving.

Physical requirements will vary by position, but can include:

  • Ability to lift 10lbs on a consistent basis
  • Ability to lift 10-25lbs on a frequent basis
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs on an occasionally basis
  • Must be able to work overhead on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to work shoulder level on a seldom to frequent basis
  • Must be able to have a complete range of movement of the arms and wrist

Skills needed also vary by position, but can include:

  • Tape measure reading ability
  • Ability to read calipers and other precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to follow instructions/illustrations
  • Ability to follow written work orders
  • Ability to work independently

Team Lead – Production

Responsibilities of Position:

  • Ensure effective utilization of resources for the fabrication departments.
  • Assist with manpower planning.
  • Ensure daily production targets and customer delivery requirements are me
  • Coordinate training and cross training.
  • Ensure employees are qualified to perform the assigned tasks and identify deficiencies in training.
  • Participate in continuing improvement projects, 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Ensure standardized work is followed.
  • Resolve production and quality problems by working with the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure all documentation is filled in consistently, correctly and accurately.
  • Motivate employees through involvement, communication and positive reinforcement.
  • Will perform some direct production activities.

Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to set up, run, adjust, solve related problems and meet expectations of quality, safety and productivity.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities sufficient to provide supervisory backup and ability to lead team with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with MRP strongly desired.
  • We are looking for an individual who knows how to lead by example; has an entrepreneurial mind set and can contribute as we continue on our quest for excellence in manufacturing.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required.

Customer Service Representative

AROW Global Corp. has been operating in Canada and the United States since 1965, specializing in transportation window systems for major North American bus and recreational vehicle manufacturers. AROW ‘s core competencies lie in the design and manufacture of transit bus window systems at its 60,000 square foot production facility located in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

An exciting opportunity in the Customer Service Department with this dynamic and fast-growing business awaits the right candidate. This is a busy, high-volume, friendly environment that will suit an organized person with a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit.

Duties of the position:

  • Customer order entry
  • Issuing RMA’s and working w/field service reps
  • Provide status reports to customers
  • Provide shipping paperwork to customers
  • Provide quotes & bids to customers
  • Attach prints to work orders
  • Enter pricing into inventory system (serve as backup to Pricing Coordinator)
  • Create assembly books for production
  • Create assembly load tags for production
  • Invoicing
  • Creating SOP’s
  • Assist CS Manager with projects and other duties as time allows

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior customer experience in a mfg. setting required.
  • Scheduling background a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with vendors, customers (both internal and external)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills a must.
  • Above average computer skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to “think outside the box” to help improve our processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail a must
  • ERP/MRP experience required; expose to Syteline a plus

Maintenance Technician

AROW Global Corporation, the leader in the design and manufacture of transit bus and recreational vehicle window systems for North American manufacturers is looking for a Maintenance Technician at their Mosinee, Wisconsin operation. AROW Global is a member of the Price Group of Companies, headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The ideal candidate will work independently, under general supervision, performing equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and maintenance of the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose malfunctions through the use of proper test equipment and problem solving techniques.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Properly document repairs through use of Maintenance Work Order System.
  • Ensure adherence to all OSHA and company safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to assure maintenance responsibilities are covered for production needs, and occasionally on the off shift.
  • Observe mechanical devices in operation and locate causes of trouble.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and charts.
  • Repair and/or replace defective parts.
  • Disassemble mechanical equipment, identify and re-place worn parts, re-assemble and test accordingly.
  • Fabricate replacement parts-cutting, grinding, welding.
  • Install new equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical motors, switches, circuit breakers, outlets, fixtures, fittings and accessories.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

  • Two year Associates degree in related field with no experience, OR
  • 4 or more years of directly related experience and education with no degree
